  The price point for changing a golf car tire was wonderful 💯, and they took me right away without an appointment, which is rather awesome for the villages. Nevertheless, that's not were things get disappointing, hence the 3 stars and not less. They asked what tire needed replaced, and they confirmed with me that it was the passenger rear, a no brainer honestly, it was the only bald tire out of the bunch. When they finished, my golf car was sitting in the parking lot and no one said a thing. Finally after a long while, they finally told me that it was ready and that the service was complete. Don't ask me why, due to I normally taking their word for it and simply paying my bill, I went the extra mile and went outdoors to verify the work was done correctly. To my surprise, they literally passed over the "bald" tire, and changed the hardly used tire which wasn't the location that they and I specified prior to the fix. I told them "you guys literally changed the wrong tire", and that's where it felt like an inconvenience to everyone, when it really should have been me feeling inconvenienced. I barely got an apology which wasn't the problem, it's the fact that how many people get the same treatment and don't even notice? I for one would feel funny going back due to the lack of remorse, I am no more special than anyone else, but good business would be prone to at least expressing accountability. We all make mistakes, and I cannot jade anyone for that, I make mistakes all the time, yet being a bit more professional about it wouldn't have hurt any. Great pricing 👍🏼 no appointment 👍🏼 doing the job twice and acting like it ain't no big thing 👎🏼 Hopefully I'll change my mind about this whole adventure when I need another quick fix 😊

  We brought out vehicle in for a tire balance and rotation if needed. We bought the tires from you folks and, maybe our misunderstanding, "thought" these services were included for some period. That obviously was our mistake. We were charged for the balance but that was the minor part of my issue with this facility.

  A truly wonderful experience. The location I usually go to was busy. The Wedgewood location took me right away. They did the diagnostics quickly. We ordered the part. Came in the next day, and it was fixed in a short amount of time. Great customer service, very friendly and honest

  The staff is amiable and well trained. This was the only reason for to proceed to buy a tire. The building has been neglected for years, no a/c in the office, the lack of housekeeping is palpable on every wall of the building, decrepit chairs in the office. The service was done fine but without paying attention to details: all the grime the tire got during the installation and all the greasy fingerprints stayed on the rim. I had to go back to the office to request a clean up job for the tire and wheel. On my way home realized that the suv control panel did get not a reset. It showed two warning lights about pressure issues on the new tire. Went back to the store where the manager struggled in the attempt to erase the alarms. After some back and forth he realized that the vehicle computer should take care of the issue within 30 minutes. True enough, it worked. The manager has potential for development with some training and coaching. I would offer an internal quality audit for free with the best desire that the employees can keep their job and that your customers help keeping you in business in the long run.
