  The actual experience at the store was awesome what wasn’t was when I called in, I set an appointment but the physical store was busy and my wait time was long because the call center had no idea what was going on at the physical location. Cost was very reasonable . I was there for an oil change on my 2013 Ford F150, they found I had picked up screw in my tire and they patched that as well.

  Great service as always. Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Work was finished in a timely manner, price was reasonable for tires, oil change and alignment done.

  My 90 year old mother took her car in for tires with a quote for a little over $500.00 when I went to pick the car up for her the bill was over $700.00? Had my mom went in she wouldn't have questioned the bill, but when did they mysteriously changed the price back to the original quote??? She took her car in for an oil change mid January I'm not sure how many miles she put on since then because both the window sticker and the receipt were both wrong? The car was mysteriously leaking oil and when they "checked" it I was told the plug and filter were tight and it was the valve cover. Very odd since she most likely put only 100 miles on the car since the oil change. Low and behold they wanted $400.00 to fix it. Wouldn't take my wagon to this place. And will not set foot in that store again......UPDATE on the oil leak, it is a valve cover gasket as diagnosed at Tire Choice i took the car to a place in wildwood that gets excellent reviews, their price to repair $209.72 half the price of Tire Choice.

  I took my car in to find out why the air conditioning wasn’t working. They told me that it needed recharged and more Freon. I was fine with that. However, they told me that I had an Oil leak. And I said OK fix it. However, they did not tell me that they were going to replace the entire oil line from plastic to metal which cost $2005. I was shocked! That is not fixing an oil leak! That is redoing a whole section of the car. For that amount of work, they should have called me up and told me what they were going to do, how much it was going to cost and was I OK with it? Since my car had only 40,000 miles on it, I felt that I got scammed because perhaps a car needs it at 80,000 miles not 40,000. People told me to report them to the Better Business Bureau and ask for money back! At this point, I feel that if my car has any more problems, they should fix it for free!
