My 90 year old mother took her car in for tires with a quote for a little over $500.00 when I went to pick the car up for her the bill was over $700.00? Had my mom went in she wouldn't have questioned the bill, but when did they mysteriously changed the price back to the original quote??? She took her car in for an oil change mid January I'm not sure how many miles she put on since then because both the window sticker and the receipt were both wrong? The car was mysteriously leaking oil and when they "checked" it I was told the plug and filter were tight and it was the valve cover. Very odd since she most likely put only 100 miles on the car since the oil change. Low and behold they wanted $400.00 to fix it. Wouldn't take my wagon to this place. And will not set foot in that store again.

I took my car in to find out why the air conditioning wasn’t working. They told me that it needed recharged and more Freon. I was fine with that. However, they told me that I had an Oil leak. And I said OK fix it. However, they did not tell me that they were going to replace the entire oil line from plastic to metal which cost $2005. I was shocked! That is not fixing an oil leak! That is redoing a whole section of the car. For that amount of work, they should have called me up and told me what they were going to do, how much it was going to cost and was I OK with it? Since my car had only 40,000 miles on it, I felt that I got scammed because perhaps a car needs it at 80,000 miles not 40,000. People told me to report them to the Better Business Bureau and ask for money back! At this point, I feel that if my car has any more problems, they should fix it for free!

1 star for the initial service and customer care, but after getting the car back, everything went downhill. The car started shifting hard, neutral slams when taking off, hard shifts at around 35 mph, then went in to limp mode. The store manager would not talk to me. The assistant claimed that I should just keep driving it, and that it would fix itself. They claimed that they test drove it before telling me it was finished, but my lojac app shows that it never left the property. They store will not work with me to get my car back to fix the problem. My wife can't drive it, and now I have to rent another car and find somewhere that actually knows what they are doing. I had a quote for new tires on my truck while I was there and was quoted 3 times the amount walmart quoted me. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with these crooks and hacks every again.

My experience was both positive and negative. The positive was they understood the problem I had with my vehicle, they were able to get me in the very next day, and they were able to correct the problem. The negative was the fact that they diagnosed every possible thing that could be wrong with my car and told me I needed everything from new struts, tires, flushing of fluids, and replacing filters in the vehicle. To the tune of $2500. I knew better, as we have our vehicle serviced on a regular basis at a reliable service center. I had only gone to this place because I had a simple fix for a simple problem related to one tire. I would just caution others who contact them for service that they will try to spend your money unnecessarily. Not so sure I will go back there.
