  I showed up at 12:40 PM. My appointment wasn’t until 1 PM so I showed up early thinking that that was the smart move. I did not leave the shop until 3 o’clock & all I needed was one tire changed. mind you they forgot to put my head caps back on & none of my tires had the plugs put back on either. their response was “ Sorry, we have a new guy, haha That’s his excuse “ their words, not mine. even after the service there were still a light on my dashboard that was supposed to be fixed. I also had my eight-year-old son with me who has a disability. the whole time so trying to keep an eight-year-old busy just sitting in an empty lobby with no TV, no games, no coffee or water that was provided. I will never return. It was also overpriced. In my opinion I’ve been to other places & received ALL new tires & it didn’t take as long nor cost as much, SO lesson learned. I will never Return. if you’re coming as a new customer, I suggest you don’t come at all. Not to mention, the manager’s also had an argument in front of my son & I in the lobby, very unprofessional. then when I go to sign paper & check out, the woman wanted to apologize for the argument with her & said manager. again unprofessional.

  Bad experience. Made appt for tires and oil change. Waited 45 minutes for several people without appointments to go ahead of me. Couldn’t find the tires I ordered through them. Wanted me to keep waiting. Used to be a good place. No more.

  The gentleman at the store were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The store was very clean, which is nice for a mechanic shop and they got my vehicle done in a timely manner. I appreciate the very good service. It’s very nice to see that these days and I will refer my friends and go back to them for my future work.

  They are quick and professional. They've come in less expensive on some some jobs even. I appreciate their honesty
