  I stopped by Tire Choice a few days ago because my car was making some noises, and Jarrett and his team were incredibly professional, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, the repair options, and the pricing without any pressure or urgency, which I truly appreciated—because of that great experience and how well taken care of I felt, I was comfortable scheduling a repair for tomorrow to have some belts replaced. Overall, a very positive experience with Tire Choice, and I highly recommend them for honest and professional service.

  Very nice, personable employees who found the nail in the sidewall of the inside of my tire. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Got a great price on a replacement tire and it was fixed in no time! My 'go-to' tire store from now on!

  I took my car to this shop around noon on Friday 9/19 because my ac was not blowing cold air. I left the car there. GM said his mechanic was very capable and certified for this repair. Saturday 9/20, the GM called with an estimate to fix around $3,000. He said it would be a 12-14 hr job. I agreed to repairs. Sunday 9/21 Store closed. Monday 9/22, no update on repairs. Tuesday 9/23, GM called said car was ready and ac blowing ICE COLD. I picked up my car that afternoon and ac was blowing 72 degrees at best with inside setting at 60 degrees with fan on full blast. Mechanic gone for the day. Wednesday 9/24 took car back to shop, temperature gauge read 67 to 75 degrees coming out of vents with ac setting at 60 degrees and fan at full blast. Mechanic off on Thursday's Friday 9/26, car went back to shop and not fixed by end of business day. I found 2 bolts left in my cupholder from previous days repair. Saturday 9/27 called many times for updates, Mechanic still could not locate the problem. I demanded to have my car back before the store closed. Picked up car at 5:45 and noticed the "check engine" light was on. Mechanic gone for the day. The GM had to call Mechanic on how to correct check engine light and ac still not blowing Ice cold, but cool at best. Tuesday 9/30 took my car to Nissan dealership who fixed the problem. Wednesday 10/1 sent email with all invoice support to the corporate office Monro requesting a full refund because the job was not completed correctly by Tire Choice. I followed up with calls to corporate office on 10/7, 10/8, 10/14 and 10/17. Placed on hold for over 30 minutes to 1 hr. I was told my case was under review by upper management. Still waiting on any contact from "upper management" going on 20 days now. Overall, very poor customer service from shop to corporate office. 8 days without a car for a 12-14 hour job and over $3,000 bill.
