- KSKyesha SmithOct 13, 20252.0I went inside to return something and it got returned but i also asked the man who was working today to check my battery for me he said he would and was very nonchalant about it and didn’t do it i left and came back a old man was there as well she was trying to do it for me but couldn’t find where to connect it so he wanted the younger person to do it because it was customers inside which is understandable . The young one walked pass me several times and he knew what i needed so i ended up leaving . That is poor customer service and if you are having a bad day the go home but don’t just not do what you get paid to do . Mr James was ok he did the best he could

Then, I needed a fuse puller or pliers to assist me and purchase fuses from them. This is the worst Advanced Auto that I have been to in the Nation and that’s why customers like myself end up going to Auto Zone. Veterans, choose a different auto parts store than this one.
