- DRDevon'te “Dee” Robinson1 day ago1.0I walked in the store, asked a sales associate for assistance about the size of a car part. The sales associate stated to me that he will not be able to give me any information about my car part. He politely walked me over to the car part that I needed, then stated once I buy it I will not be able to return it which is understandable. Rudely out of nowhere the sale associate stated to me every piece of merchandise has a alarm sensor as if I was going to steal a $5.00 piece of plastic. The tall sales associate working there today needs to be retrained on customer service.

- KSKyesha SmithOct 13, 20252.0I went inside to return something and it got returned but i also asked the man who was working today to check my battery for me he said he would and was very nonchalant about it and didn’t do it i left and came back a old man was there as well she was trying to do it for me but couldn’t find where to connect it so he wanted the younger person to do it because it was customers inside which is understandable . The young one walked pass me several times and he knew what i needed so i ended up leaving . That is poor customer service and if you are having a bad day the go home but don’t just not do what you get paid to do . Mr James was ok he did the best he could

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
