- LPLocal Paparazzi5 days ago1.0Be aware. Their goal is a higher ticket average. They lied to me about the oil I needed and told me they only had higher priced synthetic oil available. When I declined the recommendation, they guided me out. As I was leaving, I looked at my rear view mirror to watch them giggling. Been there several times and never received any text messages. Coincidentally, after I declined the service today, I received a text thanking me for signing up for their text subscription. They must have been told to sign customers up for it. I never approved it. But again, they must have had goals to meet and took it upon themselves to sign me up. Well, congratulations guys, your text asked me to leave a review, so here we are. I don't like being lied to or ripped off. Will never return to this company.

I went back Thursday before they closed, and Caleb and the manager Jacob were incredibly kind and helpful. They walked me through exactly what they were going to recheck and went ahead and did a full oil change and plug replacement on the house. I’m very thankful for their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. I’ll definitely continue doing business here and highly recommend them!!
