They quoted me 3.5 hours and had it done in about 2.5, and the price was a bit lower than originally quoted. You can definitely tell the entire team cares about what they do. I informed Frankie that my car would be out of warranty soon and to let me know if any other problems were found. He did find a couple issues and let me know about them and didn’t try to upsell me on those items. Pricing for the DSG service was probably about half of what the dealer charges, the oil change was maybe a bit closer to comparable cost of the dealer, but they use Liqui Moly oil. I will definitely be going back as I felt they were extremely honest, priced very well, and provided excellent customer service.
- JDJacob DavisOct 2, 20251.0Told me to bring my car in for an hour so that they could diagnose the problem, seemed pretty confident he knew what it was, after the hour I was told about things like leaks, brakes, tires, etc. and was told it would take another 4 hours to drop a part off the car to diagnose the original problem and they didn’t feel confident pulling another part to diagnose through the motor. Was charged for labor, but left still with my problem and not much closer to fixing it. Added a little bit more fluid that related to the problem and my issue is fixed. Wouldn’t recommend for any type of expertise or knowledge.

Helpful Documentation - They took the time to print out a detailed repair and cost breakdown for me, which helped in prioritizing and budgeting for the necessary work. Personalized Assistance - I mentioned to Taylor that I was new to BMWs, and he took the time to explain maintenance needs down to the specific mileage, ensuring I can keep my car in great condition. Thank you, Taylor and the entire staff, for providing such an amazing experience. My car and I have found a forever home here!
