  It was easy to get an appointment, they were quick and explained everything that needed to be repaired. I was there because of noisy brakes, and they walked me through what options I had for resolving the issue.

  Great work as always, I've been here before. I told Guy what I needed, he said he'll it done... and did. Just that simple. Never a hassle, and great attitudes, all of them. If you don't have a team of mechanics, give them a try, you won't be disappointed. No one else is working on my truck. Blessings.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire & Brakes! Even though they were busy when I arrived, the staff handled everything efficiently and professionally. They did an excellent job with my wheel alignment, and my car drives perfectly now. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the work being done. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how they managed a busy day without compromising quality. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing tires or alignment services

  Down from Jacksonville for my birthday, and my tires went bad! Brought my car in, got greeted by Guy who ended helping me through the process of helping me get my tires replaced! He was awesome and ensured I returned to the road safely! I Highly recommend GUY

  A couple months ago I brought my car over here and spent over $400 today my engine light came on so I stopped by to see if they could take the machine and take a reading of my car to see what was wrong so I could get it fixed I was denied and instead was told that I needed to wait an hour so they could look at my car at that point I asked if they didn't have the machine that can do the reading he again told me it was going to take an hour so I went down the street to O'Reilly's where the nicest man took 5 minutes out of his time to go and see what the code was for the engine light I will never be back at Mavis that is horrible customer service I will go anywhere else I suggest you do the same thing is like dealing with a bipolar person. One day you may be treated great the next day you may be treated like garbage I don't have time for that Edit: I was given a call. The fact that a complaint was addressed this quickly made me give this another chance ... thank you for your help Mr Dylan.
