  I recently had an outstanding experience with the Enterprise team while my personal vehicle was in the shop. I dropped my car off at Ferman Collision, and Enterprise made the entire process seamless. They even honored the Ferman rate, which was a huge help. ​What really impressed me was how they handled the pickup. Enterprise came and picked me up at my convenience, fitting perfectly into my schedule without any hassle. They were professional the whole way through, from the first phone call to the moment I got the keys. ​However, the main reason I’m writing this is to highlight Terrell. He’s currently on the cleaning team and working his way up, and I’m telling you, this young man is a class act. He came to pick me up, and we had a fantastic, engaging conversation. He is incredibly respectful and carries himself with a level of professionalism you don’t see every day. ​At one point, he received a call while we were driving; he stayed completely focused, was extremely courteous, and immediately declined the call to prioritize the customer. It’s rare to see that kind of discipline. Terrell is a great kid with a bright future—he is a massive asset to this branch, and he absolutely deserves to be promoted. ​Management, take note: you’ve got a winner in Terrell!

  These guys always do a fantastic job. They're so accommodating and make sure I get whatever I need. I've had to extend several times and was super nervous about doing it but they made it work.

  A+++ Enterprise delivered rental to repair shop where my car had body work done.Rental was clean,new and cost was v. fair. Repairs complete...dropped off rental at body shop and Enterprise picked up rental with NO issues. Very fair rental charge w/o extras. Enterprise...best .

  Crashed my car and late at nite managed to get a rental from Enterprise. Ended up getting a great deal at Enterprise Sales and purchased my replacement car from them Great service great people to deal with. Would highly recommend their Rental and Sales staff., rates and pricing.

  I rented from Tarpon Springs location. Excellent service. Employees are very professional and helpful!! Prices are reasonable.
