  Cynthia is absolutely amazing, over the last few months i have been in there a handful of times with my car broken down, shes always been cheerful and amazing. She has been downright fantastic to get parts from aswell as always being a nice bright light in rough situations

  Another absolutely wonderful experience at this location of AutoZone! I will only go to this location. I needed a headlight in my Kia today, about 6 months ago I needed a passenger side headlight and advanced Auto had sold me the wrong one for my vehicle make and model. I met Jimmy at that time and he has been there for many years and he was so gracious and helpful. I ended up having my friend install my headlamp bulb. But today they went above and beyond. I was paired with the amazing Cynthia! She is so incredibly professional and knowledgeable and she is quite a customer service asset to your brand/ store. She was very informative and, in the cold and wind today, she successfully changed my driver's side bulb. It was a little challenging because of the way the housing is placed in my particular type of car, but she was so patient and I was quickly on my way. I want to thank everyone who works at this store, it is always clean they are always in stock of things that I need and just a great team focused staff! Shout out again to Cynthia! I appreciate her changing my headlight more than you can know! I will see you all soon at the Tarpon Springs AutoZone! 😊

  My car was not starting without a jump. I drove there walked in greeted right away the man brought tester out said batterys bad...explained my choices and then we went outside and the one terminal was so tight he had a lol battle to get it off but he won.lol He put some kind of pad under where cable would lay and some kind of gel. Less then an hour. Did it cost more then a walmart battery? Yes,a lil over a hundred more but for the convenience of being in and out and not bugging someone to find time to help me or struggle myself getting terminal off was well worth it.

  had a great experience at this store because charles went above and beyond helping me 🙂 he listened to my problem and helped troubleshoot, looked through my manual to be sure and got me the correct part and my car working again right on the spot! very thankful for his customer service
