As I stated to panic a little he explained the process of elimination and gave me a few things I could try before dropping it off at a mechanic that would charge me $1000 dollars plus. Long story short, he sold me some coolant for $11.99 and my check engine light is now off and my jeeps running great. I wish I knew his name but THAT GUY FOR THE WIN!! Thank you sir!!

Highly recommend AutoZone for battery replacement. When the weather starts changing this time of year…..that’s when the batteries go bad. The batteries have excellent warranties.
- TWTiffany wismanOct 24, 20255.0As a regular customer at Advance Auto, I've recently had such bad customer service there and also being sold the wrong bulb for my Kia when I mentioned to the employee that he should check the trim model also because the bulbs are different. He ignored me, told me it didn't matter even though I knew better, and my friend went to change my bulb and it was the wrong one. I returned it to a different Advance and actually brought the proper bulb in.. they said that I probably won't find that one anywhere even though my Kia is a 2020 and I thought that was ridiculous. That led me to go to the Tarpon springs location of AutoZone. I could not even be happier with the efficiency and professionalism of Jim... He found the bulb, plenty of them in stock, and he also asked me if my vehicle was there because he offered to put it in for me.. my vehicle was back at my friends because he was in the middle of replacing my bulb. Jim let me know of all the services that they will do out of courtesy and I could not have been more grateful. It was just a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend this location of AutoZone. I live in Clearwater, but I will come back to this location specifically for the great customer service! Please thank Jim for me and keep up the great work!
