Okay, I get it that staffing problems happen but maybe please communicate that to your customers before you let them sit in a waiting room for that long. Who knows how long I would've been sitting there if I hadn't asked for an update. Asked for my keys back and left

Firestone was packed, so I drove back to Tire Choice. There I quickly got my car diagnosed. The manager gave me advice on how I could save money and an hour later the work was done. I'll definitely come back to Tire Choice again!
