  Absolutely terrible experience! I purchased two new tires through a third party who recommended Tire Choice Auto Service and shipped them to the Westchase location. When scheduling the appointment, I clearly requested that the new tires be installed on the front, the existing front tires moved to the rear, and the TPS sensors checked. Upon arrival, there were no notes on my appointment, so I had to explain everything again. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my car, and the new tires had been installed on the rear instead of the front as requested. When I proceeded to ask for a discount considering all the fun I was having and they said we can't give discounts. The staff appeared unhappy and disengaged. Oh! They also quoted me $636.00 for a set of 4 TPS sensors..🙄

  I live nearby, and the location of this service was very convenient for small jobs like oil changes, filters, and tire work. But the service here is terrible. I tolerated it for a while, but after they got grease all over my car—on the floor mat, seat, armrest, and door panel—I will be switching to another shop. They schedule an appointment and say it will take an hour, but an oil change ends up taking four hours. On top of that, they are careless and leave your car dirty.

  Had an RV tire issue while visiting the Town N Country area. Came in a week before we were leaving and spoke with Jim and Brandon. Then came in on our road day and worked with John and Joey. Everyone was professional and courteous and we were back on the road in a flash. Great folks.

  I stopped by Tire Choice on Racetrack Road and had a solid experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I always appreciate. They got me in and out quicker than expected, and the work was done right the first time. You can tell they know what they’re doing and respect your time. The shop itself was clean and organized, and communication was clear throughout the process. It’s the kind of place you feel comfortable going back to when you need reliable service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy spot for tires or basic auto work in the area, this location gets it done.
