This one is fabulous! Everyone is always nice and helpful. I get a basic wash and I’m happy.

Not sure how this place has a 4.5.. I’ve used every wash company in the Bay Area this place is a joke. From sign up problems to sitting at the arm for 5 minutes while the attendant stares at their phone. Wash left soap on the car all around bad I paid for a month and went twice never again. Much better washes close by

The fact that take 5 gives a 20% discount to Military is one of the main reasons I chose to do the monthly membership. At about $20 a month I get unlimited washes. That's a blessing, since the love bugs in Florida will ruin the paint if left on there too long. Plus since they are located on my way home from work, I can pop in run a quick wash and off I go. I think all in all it takes like 5 minutes to take care of the outside of your vehicle. Added bonus of the free vacuums, air blower to get water and dust out of the nooks and crannies. So yeah if you have a take 5 car wash near you, the monthly membership is a no brainer. Considering a single wash casts roughly the same as the monthly price, even just going, once a week it pays for itself.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! They are SCAMMING People into memberships without their knowledge!!!! I posted a warning about this then read reviews!! WOW!!!!! There are a bunch of people out here getting scammed!!!! This rating should be a negative 100!!! This place will scam you and hack your credit card!! I received fraudulent charges for car washes that required canceling one card and getting a new one. Now the new one is getting hacked and I am 1200 miles away. These guys are slick and sneaky!!! And they WILL NOT answer the phone!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I am trying to figure out how to report them to The Better Business Bureau!! Anybody know a helicopter service so I can drop warnings to unsuspecting customers!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!
The water pressure at the entrance of this car wash is extremely weak, so cars often go into the tunnel almost dry. This means the brushes start touching the car before it’s properly rinsed, which can easily cause scratches.
Most employees usually spray the car with a hose before it enters the wash, which helps. However, one particular entrance attendant with dreadlocks repeatedly ignores this step and spends his time on the phone instead. When I asked him to spray the car, he responded with an irritated and aggressive attitude, told me to put the car in neutral and take my foot off the brake, and completely ignored my request.
This has happened more than once with the same employee. On top of that, the final rinse is also weak — my car often comes out with soap still sitting on the hood, and I have to wipe the foam off myself after leaving the wash.
