His tone when speaking to customers came across as quite rude and unprofessional. It noticeably contrasts with the otherwise strong level of service. I was fortunate that Ricardo stepped in to assist us, as the situation could have escalated otherwise. Overall, a great experience thanks to the right people, but there is room for improvement in consistency across staff.

From making the reservation with ease to signing and explaining the contract, then having keys in hand ready to go- only took about 30 minutes! It felt fantastic to have such a powerful company and compassionate team supporting us when we needed it most! @The Terrell- I loved loved loved the Tacoma!!
