  I took my family on a vacation beginning October 5th ending October 9th. We decided to rent a car from Sixt rent a car in Tampa international and drove it to Ft Lauderdale Airport . Rented vehicle had noted damage that we mentioned to the sixt representative which included damage on the door, by the headlight by the bumper and some minor cosmetics on the inside of the vehicle but didn’t look under the car LITERALLY under the front bumper of the car. However, I took photos before driving off with the vehicle. I spoke with the representative and they stated that all damage has been noted. We took a few pictures of the door and headlight and drove the vehicle to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. We arrive at the airport the representatives look at the car and say everything is fine. A few days later I receive a email stating the car is damaged and I’m responsible after MULTIPLE representatives look over the vehicle. I then respond and submit photos of the car being already damaged when I received it. They refuse to remove it and stopped responding to my emails. I then rent another car from Sixt when I return from vacation( only available rental company). They obviously were not honest on the first rental car so I take EXTENSIVE videos and pictures of every single area of the car and they ONCE AGAIN TRY CHARGING ME FOR DAMAGES ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE. This time it didn’t work and they removed the charge. I told them they are trying to scam me due to doing the same scam 3 days prior. I asked for the 1st scam to be removed again and they refused and did not respond.

  I figured a giving a second and third chance, might have had a different outcome but, I have had an awful experience every single time I've rented from this location with the quality of vehicles. Most recently, I had to change cars THREE times due to the cleanliness of the vehicles. They were absolutely filthy inside and were not cleaned since it was returned. The staff couldn't care less and simply said, "well that's all we got". After a long flight, and hauling the bags back and forth along with being extremely tired, I ended up having to accept a vehicle I didn't want, and of course dirty.

  I had my first experience with SIXT Rental Services, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish, the process was smooth, but what truly made the difference was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Wilson He took the time to guide me every step of the way, ensuring everything was handled with care and professionalism. Because of his dedication and support, I can confidently say that SIXT has gained a customer for life. Truly a great experience! .. sorry it was actually Wilson - but Henry was nice. I actually found my card where i wrote the name down. Wilson Thank you you were awesome

  I rented a car from here multiple times had no issue until recently! Customer service was not properly trained management had no clue how to handle a situation. I was charged for a one way fee after the manager stated it would be waived due to the vehicle having multiple issues there was never no manager to speak too or to be transferred too when you call for help…they will offer you a free upgrade find a way to cancel your contract just to charge you the original price of the upgrade. I rented a vehicle someone stole my wallet on the way to another state instead of them charging me the extension price they charged my card for the amount they already taken causing my not to be able trade the vehicle that had issues I’m currently in the middle of a lawsuit with the company

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Review I’ve always rented with Sixt Rent A Car and have consistently had great experiences. That said, about two years ago I had a disappointing situation in Denver where I was given a BMW X5 that was not up to standard—dirty windows, a musty smell, and just not what I’ve come to expect. While I did report it at the time, the follow-up unfortunately fell short and a promised credit was never applied. Fast forward to this past weekend in Florida, and I have to say—this experience completely restored my confidence in Sixt. When I arrived at Tampa International Airport and picked up my rental, I briefly explained the prior situation to the representative, Brandon (#104) Brandon immediately stepped up in a big way. Not only did he ensure my vehicle was spotless and in excellent condition, but he also went above and beyond by upgrading my car and even working with the rate. Brandons professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction were exceptional. He was friendly, compassionate, and truly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Because of Brandon, this was easily a 5-star experience, and it reaffirmed why I continue to choose Sixt. I hope this review makes its way back to management—he deserves serious recognition.
