Smh. Just read som other posts about items not being rung up at sale price this was the issue I had and they said no. Sign said doritos ruffles, and I think cheetos, 2 for 4. I grabbed ruffles doritos flavor they wouldn't honor it is said okay ill put em back. Then they wanted to charge for ice I get free drinks with my sultan reward and it always changes it to zero. They said thats for drinks only I said can I upgrade it to a drink. No.... cause they would have to ring everything over agian. Thats no my problem its your job. To ring things up as a cashier im sorry. Then they threw away the ice I told them to cancled everything. But the scratch off cause im not a total ass. Sad thing is I drove to this store 8 miles maybe more cause other racetracks ice machine was broken as normal. But it was a small detour in my trip for the "good ice" just dont appreciate how I was treated. I was kind and polite at first even reminded them to charge me for something that they forgot and then total attitude. When I came in a customer that has been standing at the counter for some time said good. Luck.... now I see why. When I was at the counter they yelled across the store cash or card. I said cash. "If I had a card I would have gone to self check out and I wanted lotto" and they we noticeable upset when I said cash. So they already started off the transaction with attitude which I was willing to over look at the time. Its sad a shift manager acts like this making a bad example for the other staff.

- RWR WJan 7, 20265.0Took my two grandkids in for a icey, lady behind the counter was the sweetest lady ever! Wow! Wish there were more people in this world just like her..place was super clean with a lot of delicious treats..kid had to have a doughnut too!! Yum!!
