    Started off as a great experience, but I went to go look at a diesel vehicle, which they sold the day before and did not tell me. So I drove from Fort Myers to go look at a vehicle that was not there. They ended up bringing a gas truck around the corner and did not tell me it was a different vehicle. I had to figure it out myself whenever I realized it wasn’t diesel but gas. I ended up purchasing the gas truck because I do not need a diesel, especially with the economy right now and the emissions. This next part is out of my control and is very concerning. I’m extremely disappointed with how this dealership has handled my trade-in paperwork. Over a month ago, I traded in my vehicle when purchasing a new truck. At the time of the sale, everything was handled through the dealership, including the payoff and transfer process. I did exactly what I was supposed to do on my end, including transferring my insurance. Now, over a month later, I’ve been notified that my tag and driver’s license have been suspended due to the traded-in vehicle still being tied to me—because the dealership has failed to complete the required paperwork. I have already spoken with them about this issue previously, and it still has not been resolved. This is not a minor inconvenience—this directly impacts my ability to legally drive and run my business. When a dealership takes possession of a vehicle, especially in a trade-in situation, handling the paperwork promptly and correctly is part of their responsibility. The lack of follow-through here is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to make sure all paperwork is completed immediately and to follow up closely—because if something falls through, you may be the one dealing with the consequences. I’m hoping they resolve this immediately, but this situation should have never happened in the first place.

    Steve Martin (Service Adviser) is absolutely the best! My Chevy Blazer, “BlazinRae,” stalled and wouldn’t start due to a recent emissions recall. I was stranded over an hour from Morgan Chevy —towed at midnight by Chevy Roadside to a different dealership. Unfortunately, that service department wanted to charge an outrageous diagnostic fee and couldn’t even look at my vehicle for at least two weeks. That’s when I called Morgan Chevrolet, where I originally purchased BlazinRae—and that call changed everything. Steve Martin immediately stepped in and walked me through the benefits of my Morgan Platinum Club. From that moment on, he took control of the situation, had my vehicle transferred, and expedited the entire process to get us back on the road quickly. While everything was being handled, we even got to enjoy a great breakfast spot he recommended nearby—talk about going above and beyond! Thank you, Steve Martin and the Morgan Chevrolet service department, for truly rescuing us and saving the day. This is what exceptional customer service looks like!

    My experience at this dealership was beyond frustrating, mainly due to the way I was treated by Austin Jenkins. From the start, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or addressing my concerns like a respectful professional, he spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and borderline hostile. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, especially when making a major purchase or dealing with my vehicle. No one deserves to be talked to like they’re a problem or inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service I received left a very negative impression. I would strongly caution others before doing business here if this is the way customers are treated. Respect and communication go a long way, and unfortunately, that was clearly missing in my interaction with Austin Jenkins. I also called the manager and he agrees he didn’t have a problem with the way Austin spoke since he didn’t use foul language. Change occupation if you can’t deal with what comes with it and still insist on going back n forth texting with me. The manager thinks that’s okay too. Hopefully someone could rectify this so this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

    I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience! From start to finish, Austin A. went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress free, and honestly enjoyable. He helped my dad get into his brand new 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe and assisted me with my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse, and we both couldn’t be happier! Austin was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we wanted. He made sure we felt confident every step of the way and never once made us feel pressured. His professionalism and genuine care for his customers really stand out, it’s rare to find someone who puts in that level of effort. On top of that, the finance team was absolutely outstanding. They worked hard behind the scenes to get us the numbers we needed so we could both drive off the lot feeling comfortable and excited. They made what can sometimes be the most stressful part of buying a car feel easy and seamless. If you’re looking for top-tier service, honesty, and a team that truly has your best interest at heart, this is the place to go. Huge thank you again to Austin and the entire team for making this such an incredible experience. We’ll definitely be back!

    initially brought my vehicle in due to a check engine light and paid $240 for a diagnostic evaluation. I was informed that the issue was a PCV that needed replacement and was quoted approximately $2,300 for the repair. Based on that information, I understood that this was the primary issue affecting my vehicle. However, I have since been informed that there is also a leak in the turbocharger system causing the check engine light and requiring additional maintenance. This issue was not mentioned during the diagnostic process, despite my understanding that the purpose of the diagnostic fee was to identify engine-related problems comprehensively. It is concerning that such a significant issue was either overlooked or not communicated at the time of service. Discovering an additional major repair after already being quoted a substantial amount raises questions about the thoroughness of the inspection and the value of the diagnostic service I paid for. Though they reached out with a contact for questions and concerns , I have not heard anything yet in response
