I would consider myself an educated consumer. Although I did not purchase a car from this dealer. They were all extremely professional and courteous to my needs and wants. I was able to purchase an extended warranty through the finance department for my purchase from another dealership and the information I was given Was correct and without question if you’re looking to purchase a highline vehicle, please check this dealership out. they are awesome the whole team thank you Maserati of Tampa Tampa Bay. Best car buying and dealership experience I’ve ever had. Customer service was next level. Vinnie, Talih and Amad were really stand up guys and made the experience truly amazing. I bought a preowned vehicle and later noticed a crack in the windshield. They took care of it without any hesitation. I wish more dealerships had this same level of service and standard.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department.
Alex, the service writer, did not seem to fully understand the issues with my Maserati Ghibli. After multiple visits and what felt like unnecessary services, the final explanation I received was essentially, “as the car ages, this is just how it is.” That’s a pretty concerning statement, as it implies that once out of warranty, these vehicles can’t be brought back to proper factory performance. I found that response dismissive and hard to accept.
To make matters worse, my radar detector went missing while the vehicle was in their possession. Not the end of the world, but still unacceptable and speaks to a lack of care.
I originally purchased the vehicle from this dealership and trusted they would take care of me on the service side. That trust was clearly misplaced.
At the end of the experience, after I expressed frustration, Alex attempted to claim I had damaged their loaner vehicle. The “damage” turned out to be a one-inch scratch that, after I challenged it, he confirmed via video was already present. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
The only positive interaction I had was with the general manager, who seemed like a stand-up and reasonable person.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how everything was handled. Offering me $100 off a future $2,000 service didn’t exactly restore confidence.
I would strongly recommend finding a dealership that values long-term customers and stands behind both their vehicles and their service.

I recently purchased a Maserati Quattroporte from Maserati of Tampa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, which made the process of buying a luxury car actually enjoyable.

Talih, my sales advisor at Maserati Tampa, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and its history. He explained why the car had been traded in and walked me through every detail during the test drive. His professionalism and genuine care made it clear I was in the right place—he wasn't just a sales advisor; he was part of the family.
When I was ready to move forward, Ahmad from Finance at Maserati Tampa took over seamlessly, presenting five financing options and securing me the lowest APR available, giving me complete peace of mind.
I drove the car home to show my wife, and she loved it. When I discovered a minor issue with the iPhone connector, I called the Maserati Tampa team, and they immediately invited me back. Alex from Service greeted me warmly and resolved the issue right away—they had already ordered the part from Lincoln.
I cannot recommend Maserati Tampa and the Morgan Group highly enough. Don't waste time visiting other dealers. Their service is exceptional, and you've gained a customer for life.
