  I stopped by today for a consultation about my Mercedes and the guy took his sweet time explaining everything he knows about that specific issue. They work by appointments and will not waste your time bs-ing. Highly recommend

  NOT A REPAIR SHOP THAT YOU CAN TRUST. I took my Mercedes Benz for transmission not functioning correctly, first I was charged for 45 minutes of work , $162.00 . After 20 minutes of driving my car transmission failed again , Eng light came co .I called Ledbetter’s shop , I was told we are busy bring back in 2 weeks. After about 20 days of waiting,finally I took my car back, Few days later, I received a call from shop , was told car is ready , this time with $752.00 charged . I was not happy with new charged , asked to apply credit for the first charged . Said NO . I pickup my car this time failed again same symptom after 4 hours of driving. I was told by Ledbetter need new transmission, cost over $7000.00. I took my cat to different shop which was requmended. My car is running like brand new since November no problem what so ever. Cost less than $500.00. I was told by new shop there was no sign of any parts was replaced by Ledbetter’s. Just use your on judgment before trusting Ledbetter !!!

  First of all I have a 17 year old Mercedes, I am happy that I found someone who would be honest about what it needed and help me find the parts. It took a long time to fix but not because of the business just getting parts for a 17 year old car takes time.... understand that when you have an old highline car, its not cheap or fast to fix... I feel I got a fair price for what had to be done. They were nice to me and did not treat me like a stupid woman.... I would recommend them to anyone...
