This was my third stop at a the Morgan auto group. I visited Audi first then BMW but were great with customer service. Then we entered Land Rover. Upon entering we weren't greeted with a friendly vibe. We informed them we wanted to test drive a defender as im looking to lease a vehicle. The first person was mike V i believe. First thing thing he said was minimum monthly for a lease is $1500 a month not sure you still want to test drive it. Who says that, he doesnt know what my financial situation is or what i was planning to put down. He was rude and seemed like we were bothering him. Mine you the dealership wasnt busy at that time. He tried to steer me towards a discovery then a velar. At the end he pushed more for the 25 three row defender. But his intital interaction was terrible and left a bad perception of land rover. I will not be going back. Terrible first impression! This should be removed from the Morgan group as this was not what i experienced at Audi or BMW.

Great service at Land Rover Tampa. Warranty repair handled quickly with no hassle.
Zachary was on point — professional and efficient. In and out in under 2 hours.

I have to say Sam at the service department is amazing! 1st HONEST!! I have never had such amazing service and kindness. He loves his job helping people. I will forever have a RR now… thank you Sam!
I highly recommend asking for Sara if you’re looking for someone who is a very responsive, knowledgeable, and personable sales person. Sara’s knowledge and professionalism really set her apart. She explained everything clearly and made the process feel easy and straightforward.
She was extremely responsive from start to finish, always getting back to me quickly and making sure none of my questions went unanswered. What I appreciated most was how kind and personable she was. Sara made the experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, rather than just another transaction.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Land Rover Tampa, working with Oriana and her manager Donnie.
I found my vehicle online while searching from North Carolina and had quite a few questions before deciding to travel down.
Since I couldn’t see the vehicle in person, Oriana was very helpful sending videos and answering all of my questions. They also made the paperwork process easy so most of it was completed before I arrived. Oriana even personally picked me up from the airport, which was above and beyond and made the out-of-state purchase much easier.
Before I arrived they inspected the vehicle and proactively replaced a fuel pump that would likely have needed attention soon, which gave me extra confidence buying a used vehicle from out of state.
After picking up the vehicle and heading to stay with family nearby, a couple issues came up that evening while driving. I don’t believe the dealership was aware of them beforehand. When I called the next day, Oriana and Donnie were very responsive and had me bring the vehicle back so they could help. Since the vehicle was a Volvo and they are a Land Rover dealership, the repair needed to be handled by a Volvo service department. I had to return to North Carolina before that could happen, but they coordinated with the Volvo dealership near me and made sure the repair was covered at no cost to me.
What stood out most was that they stood behind the vehicle and made sure everything was taken care of rather than leaving me to deal with it on my own. Their communication throughout the process was great, and I would definitely work with Oriana and Donnie again.
