  I had a very disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube. I went there because their website clearly states they offer multiple services like oil changes and A/C checks. As soon as I arrived, the staff immediately started pushing me to upgrade my oil service. I repeatedly said I only wanted the basic oil change ($49.99), but even after that, the manager came over and tried again to upsell me. I had to insist multiple times that I didn’t want any upgrades. After that, they continued trying to sell me additional items like windshield wipers. I eventually agreed to it just to move things along, thinking it would make the process easier. Later, I asked if they could check my A/C, which was the main reason I went there. The staff said they would look at it, but instead, they shifted to trying to sell me power steering fluid service. The manager made it sound urgent and serious, almost like my car wasn’t safe to drive, and quoted me around $100. They offered a small discount, but honestly, it didn’t feel justified at all. In the end, all they did was add a little fluid—something that costs very little and could easily be done myself. It felt completely overpriced. When I followed up again about the A/C, the manager casually told me their machine was broken and they couldn’t check it. This should have been mentioned from the beginning instead of wasting my time and pushing other services. To make things worse, I was charged $175 total and didn’t even receive a receipt—neither printed nor emailed. Overall, this place felt very unprofessional, overly pushy, and not transparent. I went in for a simple service and left feeling like I was taken advantage of. I would not recommend this location to anyone. And as well Be aware and ready if you stop by—they will aggressively push services and try to get as much money out of you as possible.

  Wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!! Oil change Service provided in January and my car signaled for me to TURN IT OFF IMMEDIATELY because of no oil (i have an audi). Called and ended up speaking to manager Juan which was a complete waste of my time, my breath, and my unlimited minutes on my phone!! Only had excuses as to why it wasn't their fault instead of showing concern or attempting to rectify the situation. Went to take 5 and was told and shown that I was provided a HORRIBLE service from jiffy lube and they broke the oil filter which caused all oil TO LEAK OUT!!! Very dangerous actions from this place!!! Never again!!

  Amazing staff. Amazing Manager. Everybody was very friendly. Service was quick and efficient very satisfied with the service I received!! I recommend this location to everyone.

  BE AWARE DONT GET SCAMMED: I am a busy professional and dont have time to do my own oil change so I trusted Jiffy Lube with my f150 truck. I got a weird feeling that this place was sketch. The next day I checked my oil and it was dirty as if it was never done ....and I also checked the oil filter and it was dirty with black silt...meaning it was not new and it was still the old filter. On top of that they never gave me a paid invoice and I never got the email. I was finally able to go back days later and I talked to the manager Juan..I was not feeling confident and I had to bite my tongue from saying more and crashing out. He did apologize and said the tech was off today but that the tech had not signed off on the oil filter change and that he probably did not fully drain my oil and thats why it was still dirty when I checked it. I was about to go postal because you pay these "pros" to take care of your car and they violate your trust. Juan offered to redo the oil and filter. With a bad taste in my mouth and to prevent my Crash out!!, I agreed but I watched him the whole time. He did no offer any other compensation to make things whole until I asked for a next free oil change and he appeared reluctant as if I was asking too much..then he just wrote a note on my old receipt that he printed. This a clear contractual violation to perform services and with potential damages to your car. I dont think I will ever trust this location or any other Jiffy Lube...1 out of 5 because there are no negatives stars to use..How many other people did not get the oil change they paid for?
