  I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change which came with free tire rotation that was advertised as a quick service. Once greeted, I agreed to pay an additional cost to replace my windshield wipers because the technician recommended I change them due to its condition. 3 long hours later, I was finally told my truck was ready but that the technician working on my tires broke one of the nuts and had to go to the nearest auto store to get a replacement. Then when he finally returned, I was then told that it would be an additional fee for the last quart of oil that wasn’t covered under the Groupon as well as my windshield wipers. When I asked if he made sure the wipers were replaced he said “aww man you know what we didn’t replace them but we can get it done for you right now”. I told him no, after waiting over 3 hours for what is advertised as a quick in and out service I REFUSE to wait any longer. I was already mad about the additional $30 for the last quart of oil which I’m still not understanding how it wasn’t covered under the Groupon when I purchased an OIL CHNAGE. I will never go back!

  The staff at this Jiffy Lube are absolutely wonderful! They are all professional, energetic and knowledgeable! They do not try to oversell you or pressure you at all into anything unnecessary and they always time to explain things I can do for self maintenance for my own vehicle!

  I had such a great experience getting my oil change thanks to Jose E, Jeremy L, and Luis C. They all did an amazing job and made the whole process so easy and stress free. Their customer service was honestly the best. They were so friendly, fun, and just genuinely kind, which made the visit even better. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. I will definitely be coming back the next time my car needs anything.

  Absolutely will never use Jiffy Lube ever again after this experience. The gentlemen named Andres is rude and a crook. Was very rude, tone of voice, get in your face while sitting in the car. Demanded to my wife she needed new brakes, and threatened by fear she was going to be in trouble if she didn’t get the brakes done. She only wanted an oil change. After him being so rude and feeling intimidated, she wanted to leave and just go to another place. He wouldn’t let her and said we are almost done. I’m glad I was not there, either he would have had a different tone or would been thrown into the hole below. Regardless, this guy was so unprofessional and just trying to upsell by threatening customers is uncalled for. To even prove my point, I had a buddy of mine at another auto shop check my breaks just to double check, ridiculous, not even close to a break job. So ⚠️ ⛔️ WARNING….DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION ON FOWLER AVE. Andres, your unprofessional and rude!
