The FIRST time we brought our truck in, they had it over a week and repairs were done. Less than 3 days later, our check engine light comes on. After we spent a couple grand here for the original fix seemed just serendipitous with the timing. We did have another issue occur: our trailer that we were connecting to our truck wasn’t properly lighting up all lights nor were all of the signals working. So they look at the check engine issue and the electrical issue.
Cut to three days later for simplistic fixes. The Check Engine light was due to some overheating issues and we were told that the electrical works perfectly fine. And the check engine light has magically turned off – BUT! Not before they tried to sell us an over $800 fix that wasn’t even needed.
Fun fact: we plugged our trailer into a Ford F150 and everything worked. I figured out it was a fuse issue and fixed it. Great looking out there Jerry Ulm, basic mechanics for electrical.
There service and computer system were really on par with their ability to ensure vehicles are properly fixed. The rep couldn’t explain a thing about our truck, he wasn’t the mechanic and there weren’t any notes that he could access. Our paperwork showed an inspection occurred, what that inspection found is still a mystery almost 2 months later.
While we waiting for quite a while (for no true answers), the environment matched the service. A group in the office was loudly using derogatory language about multiple groups of people and making disrespectful comments about customers. Whether it was directed at us or not, it tells you everything you need to know about the level of professionalism here.
At this point, it felt less like a service department and more like trial and error with a front-row seat to terrible people. Not only did the service reps around us HEAR what was being said, they didn’t offer any explanation or apologies for their derogatory language or disrespectful comment. The word accountability has been ERASED in this company’s culture.
If you want foul language, terrible treatment and to not have your vehicle for days or over a week you have found your place! If you value quality, accountability and care literally anywhere is going to be better.

AVOID! This place is horrible. We went in for a car priced reasonably, then the salesperson asked if we are military/paramedic/firefighters. He said the price they show on their website is after a $5k discount only for these individuals (the website does not say this). After an hour of arguing, talking with management and a new salesperson, they admitted this was a lie to boost his personal commission.
Got through all of this, then the financial manager Noel had an attitude with us the entire time we signed the documents, and when they handed us the car key it was damaged, dented and the unlock button was missing (not discussed before, they didn’t allow us to see the key). I have been in the sales business and understand tactics but this place is actively trying to scam you. If they were fair, I was purchasing a second vehicle the following month. Instead I purchased my car on Carvana and don’t ever want to try a dealership again because of these people. Noel was passive aggressive, not willing to go over documents and treated us like an issue for buying a car. We felt like we did something wrong.
The vehicle itself runs great, but this place is a no go, ownership should look into it.

So this is an update. I purchased my 2025 Rubicon x about 15 months ago and was very happy with that experience that included a trade in. I just wanted to add some follow up comments regarding the service department. I dropped my Jeep off today. I can’t begin to describe how great this department is run and the personnel they have. I’ve dealt with numerous makes and models and service departments recently from Mercedes , Lotus all the way down to Hundai and I have to say this department is the gold standard of how to run a business. Knowledgeable , truly helpful people ( shout out to Bill Usewick ) some with decades of experience. No upsell at all. In fact I actually scheduled what I thought I needed as a 10k service and got a text from Lily to reach out to me and explained what wasn’t due yet. As a physician my time is critical to me and it’s great to have a
dealership and service department I can trust and rely on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish!
I cannot say enough great things about my experience working with James Davidson when purchasing my 2026 Dodge Ram. From the very first interaction to the moment I drove off the lot, James delivered nothing short of top‑notch service in every possible way.
James was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, answered every question with clarity and confidence, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable at every step. There was never any pressure—just genuine guidance, transparency, and a clear commitment to making sure I had the best possible experience.
What truly sets James apart is his level of assistance and follow‑through. Every detail was handled seamlessly, communication was prompt and clear, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, efficient, and stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, integrity, and outstanding customer care so effortlessly.
Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and thanks to James Davidson, it was not only easy—it was actually exciting and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for someone who will treat you with respect, prioritize your needs, and deliver an exceptional buying experience, James is the person to work with. I couldn’t be happier with my new Dodge Ram or with the service I received.
Highly recommend James Davidson to anyone in the market for a vehicle—you won’t be disappointed!

Stay Away! Any preconceived notion you have about car shopping and car salesmen, Jerry Ulm CDJR fits the bill to a tee. They only tell half truths and will say anything to get you in the door. The inventory they have on their website is misleading. I went in to look at a leftover Gladiator and was told it was at another location but that they would call ahead to let them know I was coming and what I would be coming to look at. When I got to the other location they informed me that they didn't know what I was looking for and that the truck was actually at the main Jerry Ulm location. After calling them back later that night I was told the truck was actually out as a loaner but it would be back at the end of the week. When the end of the week came they confirmed an appointment for me and were making sure the truck was ready to look at. Upon arriving at the dealer they said the truck was actually sold "late last night" the night before. I will say they did send an e-mail saying it was sold, albeit after they had confirmed my appointment and a half hour prior to the appointment. Apparently the truck that had sat on their lot for 6 months was purchased the day it was returned from loan. Things I would rather do than go to Jerry Ulm... get every tooth pulled, sit in traffic at the I-4/I-275 interchange, push my truck barefoot up Mt. Everest. Do not give them your business! Go to a smaller local dealer.
