  I went in today for an oil change and had a really great experience. The service was super quick, which is exactly what I needed, and the staff was extremely nice—such kind, respectful gentlemen working there. I will say the price was a bit higher than expected (I paid around $100 for the oil change), so that’s something to keep in mind. But honestly, the customer service made up for it. They treated me well, didn’t pressure me, and got me in and out fast. Overall, I really appreciated the experience and would definitely come back when I need a quick, hassle-free oil change.

  Car worked perfectly fine prior to a simple oil change. Drove away and within an hour I was stalled out on the road. Archer reeked of weed while working on my vehicle and I am now out hundreds because the manager, Joseph, refuses to treat long standing customers with the respect that’s been earned. Disgusting. Stay away from here if you care about your vehicle or your money.

  Marten was a great steward and representive of outstanding customer service for my visit! Only 4 stars because Express Oil no longer carries Mobil1 Full synthetic oil which I have had in my truck since the 1st oil change at 3500 miles.

  I’ve always taken my truck to the dealership for oil changes and routine maintenance, but I was strapped for time needing an oil change before heading out on a long road trip later in the day and the dealership didn’t have an appointment available until the next week, so I decided I’d try this place out based on the reviews and I’m so happy I did! The guys who were working the express oil change bays were so nice and friendly and they didn’t seem like they hate their jobs like a lot of people at other places do. They joked around and made me feel welcome while I was sitting in my truck as they worked. I also appreciated that they showed me my filters and dipstick and didn’t pressure me into any services I didn’t want done at the time. Overall the time it took from when I pulled in to when I left was super quick too! I’m so happy I took a chance on this place, I’ll definitely be back in the future.

  I’ve used their services twice now and have nothing but positive things to say. I’ve been to other places for oil changes where I’ve seen employees try to skip replacing the oil filter, so I pay close attention, thanks to my dad teaching me the basics of vehicle maintenance and more. Express consistently goes above and beyond every time I visit. Special thanks to Chris for his excellent service today, especially for helping me with a tire quote since my rear tires are nearing the end of their tread.
