They called and when you call them back within 5 minutes they don't answer and hang up on you twice.
On hold for 20mins call is answered and then was hung up, call back on hold for 10 minutes then at 6 call was answered again, hung up again, and now says store is closed.

I rented a car from this location on 3-23-26. After some issues with different locations they made everything right on this location, from start to end. Supervisor/manager lady (whose name is forgot and im sorry) was very professional and helpful and at the same time she was making sure everyone else is taken care off, catching small mistakes and answering different questions parallel with main thing she was working on. Very impressive. Also everyone else i got in contact there was nice and professional. Keep it up!

Tilly helped me during the return of my rental and made the whole process really smooth. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly during the inspection. He also went out of his way to help me get a ride back to the collision center, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he was a very kind, well presented man with a great smile made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, a really easy and stress-free return.

Called to check for car availability before making a reservation and they acted like they had availability. I called at 11, they said “ yes we can have a car for you by 11:30am”, so I made the reservation over the phone. I’m heading there and they call me at 11:20am saying they didn’t get as many returns as anticipated so they won’t have a rental available.
Extremely unprofessional business. I called to not waste my time driving there and ended up wasting time anyways due to their incompetence.
At least the other locations had the sense to let me know there was no availability before I drove 20 miles.

I had a really frustrating experience with this Enterprise.
A reservation should actually reserve something. Otherwise, it’s just a suggestion and a waste of your customers time.
We reserved a full-size SUV a month in advance for a 10:30 AM pickup. At 9:00 AM the day of, they called saying the vehicle wasn’t ready and asked us to come at 11:00 instead so they could get one cleaned and ready. Fine.
We drove 45 minutes to the location, only to be told they still didn’t have a full-size SUV available. They tried to put us in a smaller SUV, which we declined because we specifically booked a full-size for a reason.
We were then told one might come in, in 30 minutes to an hour, or that they’d call us later that day. I explained we had a packed schedule and were leaving early the next morning, so timing mattered. The employee told us to go about our day and they would call when the vehicle was ready.
They didn’t call until 5:00 PM and they close at 6:00 PM. Living 45 minutes away (in rush hour traffic), there was no way we could make it back in time.
What’s the point of reserving a vehicle a month in advance if it’s not actually available when you need it? This completely disrupted our plans and wasted hours of our day. Very disappointing experience and poor communication overall.
