Manny was absolutely amazing. When I arrived he was being berated on the phone by an angry customer and he shocked me at his cool and calm composure. He never seemed to allow it to change his positive energy and he tried several different things to appease the phone gremlin to no avail. After getting off the phone he looked at me with a genuine smile and asked how he could help me today. He was exceptional getting me checked in and the entire time I was there he was professional and helpful.
Great work Manny! I’d give more than 5 stars for you if i could!

Just wanted to say me and my girlfriend Erin came in consecutive days going through some car sale stuff & trading. And i just wanna say God bless Nicholas Crown. I recently rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Hillsborough and had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they took the time to explain all my options clearly without any pressure.
The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and ready right on time. It drove perfectly throughout my trip, which made everything that much easier. Returning the car was just as simple—no hassle, no long wait, and the staff handled everything efficiently.

This location has dropped the ball on me multiple times since purchasing my vehicle about a month ago.
Was told they would replace/fix issues with the car upon purchasing & I’ve been back twice & my vehicle has yet to be touched. Also, called again to reschedule & was told I’d get a call back the next day, which was 3 days ago & I still haven’t gotten that.
Even though I have a warranty with them, I can see it will be an issue getting any additional services. Leo was great to start, but things started taking a turn when situations were out of his control. The manager, Nicole, stepped in & nothing has gotten fixed or done properly.
Really just writing this to give others a heads up, I’m not even interested in a callback or a reach out by them anymore.
