  Very helpful. My insurance arranged the reservation but they called me to confirm the date and time I'd be picking up, and even gave me advice about handling insurance and purchasing a new car after an accident.

  The staff member at your Tampa Bush Blvd location, I believe his name was Rath Patel (I may be misspelling it), was absolutely outstanding. He helped me about 15 minutes before his office was closing, when my insurance company sent me to that location after a car incident. There were no regular cars available that evening except for a pickup truck, but he stayed after hours and made sure I was able to get a larger vehicle that I could comfortably drive home for a 2+ hour trip. He also advised me on how to switch the vehicle at another location later and helped resolve a few administrative hiccups that came up afterward. I am incredibly grateful for his help and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation. A+++ customer service.
