- NINaomi IrizarryMar 25, 20264.0The employees here are very kind and helpful. I was able to book a next-day rental with no delays, and I didn't have a single issue during my rental period. The car was in great condition and clean. I even had to extend the time period, which only took a quick 3-minute phone call. Overall very satisfied... my only complaint is that the tank was less than half full when I picked it up. It would've been nice not to have to fill it up so soon.
- MMMIKEMar 21, 20261.0I am completely disappointed with the rental since I received a vehicle with a quarter tank of gas but I didn't know it and the rental was for one day. Prior to returning the vehicle I put a full tank of gas which cost $48.97. Once I saw the gas gauge marker I realized there was hardly no gas in the vehicle and should have put up to a quarter of a tank to replace the beginning quarter tank. I called the rental agency on Nebraska and spoke to Doug the manager. I explained to him what happened and requested a credit for the extra gas above the quarter tank. He said no and it was my fault for putting more gas than the required quarter tank. I thought this was rude and not the way to treat a customer. I paid $81.00 for the rental and $48.97 for gas. This isn't fair and the proper way to treat a repeated customer. Thank you.
