The price for a gasket was marked up 2x from $72.99 to $186.54 The price of a fuel injector was marked up 3x from $141.99 to $438 I understand you want to markup parts but be reasonable, it was wayy too much. And when I hinted that I can get the same parts cheaper they claimed they won't guarantee the work.

I had my toddler with, and they were so kind and caring and did everything they could to make us comfortable, and got us out quickly even though they were short staffed. I can’t thank them enough for their service today.
- JLJ LNov 17, 20251.0I purchased four brand new tires and they couldn't balance my new tires, even though they had like a pound of weights on them. I don't know if it's because they incompetent or are scammers but I had to bring it to another shop to do it right. I also purchased an alignment and I did ask for a printout they said their printer wasn't working. I could tell they didn't do it as soon as I got in and drove. I brought it back to fix it right and they did something for 10 minutes I don't know what they did I asked for a printout and they said their machine wasn't working. Again was it the machine that wasn't working or was it this shop that wasnt working, or is it just incompetence? Bring your car to another place because you will in the end anyway. So I had to bring it to another shop and they said it was improperly balanced. Live and learn. If you take your car to this place you will learn.
