  Poor communication. Poor customer service I chose this location because of its high reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I called twice in advance and clearly asked that my girlfriend’s almost-new tire be checked to see if it could be patched before replacing it. We discussed patching vs. replacement and tire options. When she arrived, she waited almost two hours. She reported a dirty lobby, unprofessional behavior, and technicians taking photos and going through her trunk without explanation. Then she was told the tire had already been replaced and was handed a bill. They never checked whether the tire could be patched. When she questioned it, they said there was “no note in the system.” So despite multiple calls, they replaced the tire without authorization. She is now home with a lower-quality tire and a bill for a service that may not have been necessary. I would not recommend this location.

  Came in just before close with a hole in my tire. Staff was friendly and even stayed past closing time to make sure my tire was fixed. Exceptional service will definitely be back again if I have more tire troubles.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came to tire kingdom on fowler for a tire change and an alignment.Vince was the one that helped me an did anamazing job on my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before and after the work was done. The service was fast, honest, and the car drives perfectly now—couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend asking for Vincent if you come here.

  I called and talk to someone about having my sons car towed in for a no start and once he confirmed that they can do the work I asked if he wanted my information for when the car is towed in and he replied I would need to get that when the car is there and he can’t naw a ticket until the car is received. Then he says if I write it down on a piece of paper the it would get lost. So you can’t take my name and number over the phone so that when the car is towed in you can call me. I’m so confused on how you do business as a shop and can’t handle a simple request and task. All he had to do was either make a ticket stating the vehicles problem and put my information on the ticket or write my. Same and number down on a sticky tab and put it on the computer. He acted as if I needed to be there with the vehicle in order for him to take down my info…I give him an F….Major fail and with automotive businesses it’s starts with the people at the counter and before I even stepped foot in the door I had a poor experience

  These guys are good and treat you right. I have brought my beloved car down here for oil changes and brake flush, new calipers and more and every job was spot on. Never an issue and they’re always fair and honest. Thankful they’re here
