  I bought a used 2025 Corolla- I thought it was steering funny, maybe pulling. A pleasant woman got me an appointment with Tirechoice, 20687 BBDowns that day. Mr. Samaniego listened carefully, offer some possibilities and let his mechanic take it for a ride. Then put it on the lift to double check. The car is fine, I just need to get use to steering a '25 rather than a '15. NO CHARGE I've been to this shop and purshased excellent tires at excellent prices, but this was over and beyond - heartfelt thanks!!

  Customer service was very good. Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained all pricing to us regarding my tires, & other services my car needed.

  Terrible experience and zero professionalism. I brought my 2021 Toyota Tundra in for an alignment, and this was actually the SECOND time I had to return because the first alignment was done incorrectly they left the steering wheel crooked. After the second visit, they returned my truck with the traction control and trailer brake lights on, issues that were NOT present before their service. Instead of taking responsibility or even properly inspecting what may have been affected while working on the wheels and suspension, they immediately claimed it was not their problem. The situation became even more unacceptable when I respectfully asked to speak with the general manager to resolve the issue. Rather than handling the complaint professionally, they called the police. I was not aggressive I was simply asking for accountability for a problem that appeared immediately after their service. This shows a complete lack of responsibility, professionalism, and customer care. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you value your vehicle and want to avoid unnecessary stress, take your business elsewhere

  George and Andrew are outstanding managers with excellent people skills. Who really do try to help your every need. In my case, Jaden was an excellent tech who took extra care with my vintage collectible car. Car. 1990 Cadillac allante. My thanks to George, Andrew, and Jaden.

  They do solid work at a good price and really work me as a customer. Been coming here a while and I've been pretty satisfied with their treatment of me as a customer. If anything goes wrong they own up to it and make it right, solid customer service.
