  No fluids topped off. No tires rotated although we bought tires there for my and my wife’s cars. I took my wife’s car in for an oil change the week before and had the same experience. Had an airbag light on and tried to sell me a battery without even telling me what the code was which ended up being a loose connection under the passenger seat. Always took our vehicles here for service and tires but WILL NOT go back.

  Their system said tires were in stock and let me make appointment only to find out, after a 40 min drive, that they are not in stock. This after having wrong car for my plate # in system, not being able to find appointment, and everyone at the counter drinking coffee. I was willing to give this location a chance after they fixed a warranty issue the nightmare store in Palm Harbor created, which is why I drove 40 mins to this store instead of the half mile to Palm Harbor store, but I won't be back.

  Made an appointment for an oil change at 11:00am. I arrived 15 minutes early. Waited for 2 hours and they hadn’t moved my truck back. I had to be somewhere at 1:30 so I had to leave. An oil change… with an appointment….. got there 15 minutes early…

  STAY AWAY! If i could do no stars, I would. I never leave reviews but im still on hold 1hr + with customer service. I used to frequent this shop as i work down the street. I keep getting told "we're under new management" well im letting everyone reading this to STAY AWAY. From the start, horrible service. it was a nail in a tire, easy. * i was hung up on * i was never called to let me know my car was ready *had i not called they would not have done anything *no one was in the office when i showed up, i waited for 10 minutes *after all is said and done i asked for my keys, the 2 kids couldn't find them. turns out they were in the car unlocked, ready for people to steal. all i got was a shrug and a sorry. to make this worse, Monroe, the compnay that now owns this is a scam. i filed a complaint #523379. im pretty sure it was a made up number and i was told the store manager would be reaching out. Never heard from him. I waited on hold with Monroe for 30 minutes they first time. customer service was another 25 min, he left and never came back. STAY AWAY (my money says the automated reponse- "my name" we're disappointed to ....)
