  I went to this store because of continued problems with Tire Kingdom/Mavis. John is a 14-year manager/employee who has just transferred to this store. He listened to my issues, gave my car and tires microscopic examinations, and fixed me right up. I am so pleased with the attention to detail and respect with which I was treated. As John said to me, “Welcome home.” He is right!

  John will do right by you. I bought some tires to be installed from a third party. He explained to me and showed me why they would not work for my vehicle and what I was wanting to do with it. He helped me find great new tires and did an alignment on my 77 c3 corvette. I left the shop and the car drove smooth, handled well and all problems with swaying and bumpy rides were gone. The tires costed a little more than what I wanted to spend but im glad I went with his expertise and knowledge.

  The other day I stopped in to my local shop for an oil change and tire rotation, only to be told that I needed three new tires. Not only do these guys always work to get the best price and quality tires for my cars, but Somehow, although nobody wants to hear that they need a costly car repair, they always have me leaving with a smile on my face. There is always a great energy at this location, and I could not speak any higher about the great guy you have working face to face with customers! If you have to sit there and wait for 45 minutes and then pay a significant amount of money for your new tires, you’d be hard pressed to find somebody laughing while they’re going through it. Well these guys, they had me laughing and that is why I go back everytime I need Tires and /or maintenance work. The fact that it’s less than a mile from my home is even better! If you want to work with a very knowledgeable, kind, and fun loving group of people, Tire Choice in Westchase is your place!
