  I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday to have a tire replaced. I checked three separate times and was clearly told each time that the tire would be replaced by Tuesday and that there would be no charge, as the tire was under warranty. When I arrived on Tuesday, the tire had not been replaced at all. To make matters worse, I was then asked to pay $587 for a new tire, despite being told upfront multiple times that the replacement would be covered under warranty. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. blatant misinformation, missed commitments, and cost is unacceptable. I expected much better service and transparency. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Horrible experience and the shop is very untrustworthy. They charge you for services that you don’t need and don’t fix the problems with the car. When you take the car back they don’t warranty their work either then overcharge you again for the service.

  Wasted time and money with this tire shop. If you have 22 inch rims, DO NOT go to this establishment. After waiting half an hour, they tell me that they cannot remove the tires from the rims because their equipment apparently is for smaller rims. Had to load the tires in the car and was basically screwed. It’s 2025 and the equipment is obviously outdated. Worse of all, No apologies, no nothing. Note to the owners: invest in some better equipment, or at least communicate with customers that you do not work with large rims, BEFORE the customer waste valuable time going there. Better yet, just specialize in shopping cart wheels.

  I was offered the same set of services that I completed there 6 months ago, almost to the tee: coolant flush and brake pads. Now, I’m not sure if they were scamming me this time or if they didn’t do the work last time. I’ll need to take it to another garage to have the work checked. I don’t like this place, never trusted them, but needed just an oil change on a Saturday and they are one of the few that are open in my area. Never again.

  This shop is close to home so sometimes I do oil change at this location vs dealership. We did our tires at this place and had good experience. Previously, I was told to do tire rotation every 6k miles. So this was the time for it and I confirmed it should be done when car was checked in and its included. Free inspection was supposed to be included also. One of my tires had low pressure so I assumed they will notice it during inspection/rotation and fix it. When I picked up my car, I noticed that low tire is still there, in the same spot. So apparently, tire rotation was not done When I asked about it, they said per company policy better worn tires should be in the front and they are still Ok there so they chose not to rotate them. Why was not I told about this policy during check in or out? There was no inspection report. How do we even know they are “better” tires if there is no report? I was very disappointed with this “surprise”. Now, I have doubts inspection was even done.
