  Had an appointment today at 9am. Got there and not a single person was at the store. Nobody to call. Waited over an hour outside and still nobody showed up. Clearly don’t go on the weekends and waste your time..

  I stopped by without an appointment, and the man there, despite being busy, stopped to put some air in my nearly-flat tire. While doing so, he noticed that my lugnuts were not on properly, which could have been very dangerous. So he took them off and re-did everything for me. I'm so happy that I stopped here!

  was overcharged and misled by this shop. I clearly told them I wanted run-flat tires for my Mercedes-AMG E53 and paid for run-flats, but they installed regular tires instead. When I went back to ask, they insisted they were run-flats — which another mechanic later confirmed was false. I also asked them to keep my good old tire as a spare, but when I returned, they said it was “gone.” Very dishonest and unprofessional service. I paid for something I didn’t receive. Avoid this place.

  Reliable, Honest, and Fast Vehicle Repair! I had a great experience bringing my car in for repairs. The team was professional, courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way.   WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! I'm so disgusted that my only recourse is to write a review when I wish I could press charges for price gouging! Yesterday, I took my car (2022 Lexus ES 350) after my co-worker told me about this place because I needed one tire (for sure) and was unsure if I needed a second. I was cool with that possibility. I also thought I may have needed an alignment. It didn't dawn on me to ask how much because I've had both of these services done before for around $600-$650, at another facility, but this one was more convenient because I worked around the corner at the City Attorney's Office and would not need to take any time off to get this done. I already knew how much my tires would cost (between $250-$270 each). When I picked my car up, I was told my bill was $945..... that's right for two tires and alignment!!! I was shocked, but I paid it. After I began to go over the receipt, I saw all the upcharges and different service fees, even a $24 fee for them keeping my car for a few hours to put the tires on!! I thought I could trust them to do the right thing and NOT take advantage of me!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK, and I highly recommend you run the other way to a more trustworthy tire shop. I'm looking to see if any actions (legal or civil) can be taken against them. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!
