  Don’t waste time or money here. Called to schedule an appointment and ensure I could wait with the vehicle then arrived 10 minutes early with 3 people ahead of me somehow. Then the price from over the phone quote more than doubled on arrival… not sure why we lie about every aspect of the business. I walked out.

  I've been coming here for the last year I lived in the area... have exclusively used this brand for 15 years and am a drive card customer. I never had a problem, until today. The ball was seriously dropped, I won't be here to do anything it until February, and the person who was going to use my car during the time, now can't. I went in Monday to ask about a deal i saw online. I couldnt get the same info in person so called to set up appt with call center for 2 new tires on Tuesday. Using a call center is the worst move this establishment could have made. I called and spoke with someone at the store to verify the tires would be ordered. They confirmed they would but said they had no record of the appointment so set it up for me. I called Tuesday morning, said I wouldnt be able to make the appointment but would be able to drop it after hours. The person on the phone didnt check anything for the appointment or even get my name, and said they didnt have a key drop box, which is false. I dropped it off Wednesday morning at 7am, they open at 7:30. Imagine my surprise receiving a call just after 8, there are no tires at the store for the service and no record of an appt for the prior day. I was offered rush shipping but I needed my car back by 10am so i can travel 2 hours away and leave for 2 months at 2pm. Not sure how this occurred despite all my efforts and contacts I've had with this store. They do not care about accurate records or organization and I would only recommend to get oil changes at this location.

  I am throughly satisfied with my recent interactions with both Bailey and Edwin. I have visited this location on several instances, all of which have proven to be optimal experiences; however, my encounter today was exceptional. It is evident that these gentlemen are well versed in the art (I refer to this often neglected skill as ‘art’, as I view it an innate characteristic that is sharpened by will and time) of customer service; both are personable and knowledgeable, whilst upholding unparalleled integrity and a strong commitment to solutions that are client focused. I will be certain to pass on my positive remarks anyone in need of auto mechanic services. Thank you both!

  On or about 11-4-25, I shopped tires & prices on the Tire Choice website. I decided on Good Year tires for my 2020 Cadillac to be installed by appt. on a Friday. On Friday, the shop only had 1 service person, so I decided to do the install on Saturday. I brought in my car on Saturday at 8am & was told install would take 1.5 hrs, so I left my car. 6 hrs.later the install was completed. But instead of Good Year tires, I now have Cooper tires. I dont know if Cooper tires are better than Good Year tires, but it would have been nice to know & be told.

  Needed a tire replaced, they were one of the only vendors in the area that had the type I needed on hand. I called on Thursday the 6th of November, confirmed inventory and was told to bring it in at 830 the next for the service. Not long after arriving in Friday, I was told the tech wasn’t coming until after 10. I had no choice to wait. I waited 3 hours, and watched several customers walk out. The tech didn’t show up till after 11. He attempted to replace the wrong tire, and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the correct tire in stock and tried to push another brand that didn’t match on me to purchase. NOTHING BUT WASTED TIME!!! I had to come back the following day, if it wasn’t an urgent matter I would have never gone back.
