  It seems like every time I go there in the morning and is never open on time. Employees walking around sign still in the middle of the driveway. Probably 75% of the time the are nozzles don't work, and the tire shine is very random half the time you only two of your tires get done. So I think I'm going to be canceling my membership. I would not recommend this location to any of my friends or family.

  The water pressure at the entrance of this car wash is extremely weak, so cars often go into the tunnel almost dry. This means the brushes start touching the car before it’s properly rinsed, which can easily cause scratches. Most employees usually spray the car with a hose before it enters the wash, which helps. However, one particular entrance attendant with dreadlocks repeatedly ignores this step and spends his time on the phone instead. When I asked him to spray the car, he responded with an irritated and aggressive attitude, told me to put the car in neutral and take my foot off the brake, and completely ignored my request. This has happened more than once with the same employee. On top of that, the final rinse is also weak — my car often comes out with soap still sitting on the hood, and I have to wipe the foam off myself after leaving the wash.

  Don’t go to use that guy there are a scammer. I was there to clean my car my truck and when I go there, I ask them if it’s the truck enough to put in and they saying it’s good when I go inside there almost break my truck and they say it doesn’t work and they left my truck dirty with shampoo and I’m going inside for my money back and they saying two days to get the money back and I wait almost one month and not gave me the money back so I have to go later. Just make sure those people are a scammer.

  this car wash is amazing idk what other people saying but this is a great wash thank you myra for helping me she was really nice Like i always come here all the time 😁 and i saw on another comments i want to address regarding too them closing early blah blah if y'all know they are closing early why come at that time again and again yeah i mean i understand they shouldn’t do it but it’s like y'all gotta work with them too i mean there hard workers and they need to go home too they have to clean do towels etc i think the company should close at 6-6:30pm honestly my opinion plus there other car washes….. y'all act like this the only one but besides that start being nice to them maybe the will be nice to you guys i mean i wouldn’t wanna get treated with disrespectful ether but hands down this a pretty great wash for the price it is at

  I would give this a zero star review if that was an option. I signed up for a $30 monthly membership and I am getting charged $40.99 on my credit card statement. I did not realize this right away and now I am trying to go back through many months of over charges. At one point I was being charged $43.97 monthly. I walked in to the office to speak with a worker and a manager on two separate trips to ask about the charge. Neither one had any idea why I was being over charged and stated that it has nothing to do with taxes or additional fees. They both stated that the computer system did not give them any additional details about my charges. One of them did eventually determine that my account was associated with another person's account from a different city, but the manager denied it. I was told to go online and submit a request for someone to contact me since they don't actually have a phone number available for customers needing assistance. I submitted several online requests for help, but no one emailed, called, nor made any attempt to help me over the past month. I went back to my local Take 5 Carwash office and the manager said all he could do was submit a request online for someone to contact me. It has been a week and not one has reached out. I am just going to have to cancel my membership. However, I certainly will not stop there. I will write reviews on every website I can think of related to Take 5 Carwash to make others aware that they should check their credit card statement regularly for unauthorized overcharges and to alert the public that there is no way to get help from customer service if an issue arises. I will also make a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau since I am now owed $291.51 in overcharges since I first signed up. Next, I will try to recruit enough members who also have been egregiously overcharged to see if we qualify for a class action settlement. Overcharging customers and not giving them a way to dispute their complaints has to have some legal repercussions. I wish I had done my research before signing up, so that I could have saved myself time, money, and a lot of aggravation.
