The first time, the wrong glass was brought, unclear whether that was the insurance's fault, but fine, we moved on. The second time, the correct glass finally arrived, but now suddenly my rearview mirror is broken. I literally cannot use it or see through it at all it's hanging -- which is a safety hazard in itself -- and now I'm being told I have to have my entire windshield redone again to fix it . This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. At this point, I should've just left my windshield cracked -- at least I would've still had a working mirror.
