I had a very bad experience with Safelite AutoGlass. Not only was the manager Ally, whom I dealt with extremely rude and dismissive, but I also left feeling embarrassed and violated. Technicians accessed my glove compartment and went through all my personal and private belongings. These items were clearly private and unrelated to the work being performed on my vehicle. When I tried to ask basic questions, I was met with very rude attitude from Ally.
Customers should never be disrespected, and privacy should be taken seriously, especially when you’re trusting a company with your vehicle and personal items.
I won’t be returning and would definitely NOT recommend them.

They installed a glass with a scratch on it. When it was brought to their attention “manager” didn’t show any courtesy to show any concern and said it vey causally that they have to now schedule a warranty visit??? Why warranty visit if the glass was installed with the crack on it already. It took more time than it was supposed to take and then no courtesy of anything from the shift supervisor or the manager.

Safelite delivered a seamless experience from start to finish. They were in contact with me from the moment I filed my claim with my insurance provider through the day of service. The technician who arrived at my home was highly professional and courteous. The windshield replacement took about an hour, and I was on my way promptly. I would definitely recommend Safelite to others.
I had an outstanding experience with Daniel from Safelite in Citrus Park. He was professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly.
My vehicle was unable to calibrate at my home location, and with my permission, Daniel arranged to take it to the shop so the calibration could be completed correctly. This allowed me to continue working from home without any interruption, which I truly appreciated.
He kept me informed throughout the process and made what could have been a stressful situation completely smooth and worry-free. His dedication to excellent customer service really stood out.

Went in for a clear chip repair that was a little under the size of a quarter and left with larger size foggy/cloudy chip repair and surface wasn’t even smoothe and it should be. If the chip was probably fixed the surface of the glass should not have an indent in it. I honestly don’t think my ins Statefarm should pay for this repair considering it was obviously executed incorrectly. Please retrain your younger employees on how to properly do a chip repair or to at least leave the windshield flush so that my new wipes blades won’t be affected. It was my first and last time going to this location for anything windshield repair not to mention my appt was at 1pm and they didn’t even take the car in until 2:15pm
