- RRRagingmeloOct 20, 20251.0Extremely Unprofessional and Irresponsible Management – Beware of Safelite I had an awful experience with Safelite, specifically with the manager Cyrus, who refuses to take accountability for damage their technicians caused to my car. What’s worse is that they actually acknowledged and called me about the damage when it happened — but are now trying to claim it was “known wear and tear,” even though I was never notified or informed of any issue before my windshield replacement. Instead of owning up to their mistake, Cyrus tried to push me to go through my insurance, even though my insurance confirmed they won’t cover damages caused by a repair company. I offered a fair solution by sending them an invoice for the part that needs to be replaced, but they still refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, when I requested camera footage from the day of the incident, they told me they “don’t have cameras,” which is extremely shady and unprofessional for a business handling customers’ vehicles. Overall, this location shows zero integrity, accountability, or care for customers. I trusted Safelite with my vehicle and ended up with damage, excuses, and no resolution.
