After noticing I was scammed for 100 bucks worth of service I didnt receive I called for a refund all seemed well refund was issued then I checked my bank account instead of refunding the 100 they refunded the entire 550 and charged my card the adjusted amount of 450 well as we all know any return takes 3 - 5 business days now im out 1000 dollars right before vehicle payment and mortgage is due and no one representing this company seems to care. I've spent probably a collective 2 hours of my day on the phone with various people from safelite store managers and customer support agents until I finally just went into a location and the assistant manager quite literally shrugs his shoulders says there's nothing he can do gives me a generic customer support email on a sticky note. Absolute scam company. I wonder how many people have paid that extra 100 dollars without noticing it.
