  Tyvan was professional, punctual, personable, and communicated effectively. He was able to repair my windshield in less than half an hour. He did a great job and my front windshield looks terrific!

  First time using this company. NO CALL NO SHOW. Tried calling for an update on my promised service NO ANSWER. I’m only a couple miles away from this shop, I should of been first in line for my 8-12pm appointment. Very disappointing.

  Feb/6/26- They went above and beyond. We got there 20min earlier and they informed us it was going to take about 2-3 hours for the windshield repair so they let us get our 2nd car(15min away) so we didn’t glose to wait there. Beside changing the windshield they fixed the cables for the front camera and vacuum the car. Thanks

  The service was great, and my windshield was immaculate. My favorite part is how they fixed my dashboard camera cables to make the interior more aesthetically pleasing. They went above and beyond when I had ZERO expectations. To the tech who did that for me, you're the BEST!! Thank you so much!!

  I won’t be using Safelite again and would urge caution if you have a newer vehicle with cameras and sensors that require calibration. It took three separate service attempts and still wasn’t resolved. On the first visit, the windshield was installed with a visible scratch and the technician was unable to complete calibration. Second Attempt: after receiving a “driver on the way” notification, I was then told the technician was sick—which happens—but there was no sense of ownership or urgency to correct a mistake they created. When I spoke with a manager, the response was indifferent to the time being lost. We again had to remind them the glass needed replacement and recalibration. At one point he offered free windshield wipers in a way that felt dismissive rather than helpful. The third visit was scheduled only for recalibration; the technician again was not aware the scratched glass needed replacement and the calibration failed. We were told our vehicle model was “difficult.” At that point we contacted our insurance company and requested another provider. The competing provider replaced the glass and completed calibration correctly in a single visit. The replacement took about an hour and calibration another 10–20 minutes—done right the first time. To be fair, the technicians who came to my home were professional and courteous, and one showed genuine concern about the scratched glass. The breakdown here was clearly in management, communication, and quality control. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Safelite.
