On top of that when you decide to redeem your points for the very limited number of items you'll find they don't like to keep those items in stock. What a joke. Ill take my loyalty elsewhere.

When I asked the cashier she just looked confused and did not even try to explain or fix it. We decided not to waste our time arguing but that is not the point. It is not about the couple of dollars. It is about honesty and how you treat customers. This made me feel like they do not care at all. Maybe because it is a franchise they think customers do not matter. Either way I will not be coming back.
