- RRR and RJul 19, 20255.0This was messed up from the beginning. This Penske location caused a three day headache. Watch the video. 🤯 $30 refund on a $154.81 bill and I didn't get to finish what I needed. The rep was very nice that I spoke with when we found out what was happening with the truck. Unfortunately, it caused us time and the inability to complete what we needed. Avoiding the wind and rain was critical. The seal around the windshield was coming off. The conversation with the Rep at this location led me to believe this had happened before. He didn't seem surprised in my opinion when I told him it was the windshield. In addition I over heard a service rep when I dropped off mention it had happened in the past. Ok Penske this is not cool. We have 3 more moves within the next 9 months. I swore to use Penske but y'all gotta do better. And the district manager at this location needs to get a grip. We're loyal customers and apparently that means nothing anymore to him. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
