  Second time stranded here with no vehicles and no notification after reserving weeks in advance. The staff could care less. Never again.

  Waited 1 hour at the cruise terminal to be picked up by shuttle when I called at 8:07 for a ride and was told 20 minutes. Then once arrived at location, waited another 1.5 hours for a car. The manager discounted the rental which was nice, but this location obviously needs more help and cars to run more smoothly. At a minimum be honest about wait times. I could have ubered or walked there quicker than waiting on the shuttle. Next time I will go to the airport and rent and hopefully be more seamless.

  Terrible. Rude staff. Slow. Understaffed. I missed my birthday dinner because they were 2 hours late getting us our car. Dirty waiting room. Just stay away

  DO NOT RENT HERE. Worst branch of National period. Reserved a car months ago for 12 PM it's been over an hour and still no car. I was told it was ready when I came in and year I'm still sitting here. The guy working threatened to not give me a car when I asked if he was working here because he was sitting down doing nothing. I did not swear or raise my voice. I was simply frustrated as I usually have a great experience with National. DO NOT RENT HERE!

  I made a reservation on Kayak with National rental car company. When I show up to pick up car, office was full of people who stated they had been in the office for hours and still not sure if they will get a car. People were sitting on the floor with their luggage, waiting for hours. After 40 min in line, I finally got called. Representative informed me, they don’t have car for me. I had confirmed reservation. My mom and i with two luggage bags were left in the middle of Tampa. I called company, no answers either. How can you run business this way? They absolutely don’t care for the customer. Safe your trip and spend your money somewhere outs. Absolutely horrible experience
