- CCCaraDec 26, 20251.0I reserved a car online a week in advance. I showed up to pick up the car, they were sold out of cars. No alternatives even available they ran out of cars and did not contact me about my reservation or any heads up. Now I have no car. Very simple one star review. Do not use this location.

- NDNiurka DiazNov 24, 20251.0Think twice before going to this location or accept any exchange or issue to be resolved in this location, the Manager in charge personally send me out of the location to resolve myself the exchange of a car that the upper management directed me to come to this location, he (Siever) never even looked into the computer to check my case, he was holding me the door to get me out of his location, very rude, zero customer service. I am a customer who switched from other big car rental companies to rent with National, I rent almost monthly and some times twice a month, well ...welcome to this bad company. This is a Tampa Downtown location where you expect tourist, business people, temporary workers and you get the worst of the service. Please hope you read this review and go to other places before come here...and his staff same behavior, they left me seating in the desk to take care of another customer, never open the computer to check my case, zero care for customer, very poor customer service quality from the Manager what else can you expect from his staff. Thus the high rate that National have is not reliable.
