- KMKaroll Martinez3 days ago1.0RUN — DO NOT COME HERE. This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. I paid for one of their highest-priced washes (about $50), left the lot, and within an hour noticed damage to my window tint. I immediately tried calling — no answer. I went back the same day and was told there was no manager available. The next day, I called multiple times and left several messages. No one returned any of my calls. I had to physically show up again just to speak with the manager, Dwight. He looked at the damage and said he needed to review their cameras to see what was used on my car, and that he would call me Tuesday. Tuesday came — no call. I called Wednesday — again, no response. I showed up again and was told the cameras were “down” and a technician would be there Monday. So now I had to wait until the following Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came… still no call. I called Wednesday, someone finally answered, only to tell me Dwight wasn’t in. Two weeks later, I’m finally told that the employee who rang me up supposedly heard me say I already had tint damage — which makes absolutely no sense. Why would I say that and then come back hours later to complain about damage I “already mentioned”? I never said that. I asked to see camera footage of me making that statement, and suddenly they “don’t have any.” So now I’m stuck paying out of pocket for tint THEY damaged because they allow unqualified staff to use dirty rags and chemicals that ruin people’s vehicles. I will NEVER return. BE WARNED.

Coming out, the roller didn't come down at all to touch the windshield. As I got out to get a towel to dry the windshield and noticed the whole back of the car was wet as well cuz the blower didn't blow, it sucks
