They were very welcoming and knowledgeable and the space was clean. They removed the screw and got me back on the road within 20 minutes. They earned my trust and will definitely go back. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I had to get the sensor attached to it replaced as well due to damage, but that wasn't their fault. They replaced it in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service was wonderful. Overall, a great experience.
- MBM BNov 1, 20251.0Got 2 struts for my Ford Expedition. Chuck informed me that the rear struts were in good condition and that he would order the front struts (KYB)based on my vehicle’s VIN. After waiting about an hour and a half, I was told that the wrong parts had been ordered and that new ones would need to be reordered. After waiting additional 1.5 correct part delivered with different brand Amor Inc. instead of KYB .This was my first visit to your shop, and I was quoted $1,650 for the parts and installation of the two front struts. I later found that other shops offered lower prices, even without any promotion. I don’t mind paying for quality service, but the pricing and the overall experience were disappointing. The strut they installed $390 at every auto parts . This guy charged me $539.00 each more than you can pick up AutoZone. 3 hrs labor for installation. They even had 25% off advertised on the website. The guy is scammer not only he scammed me. Guess what you scammed wrong person. Parts I was charged $539 each SK-3597 and SK-3598 You think you take advantage customers and expect to be ok. You are mistaken . You will be contacted by HQ soon . .
