The guy smeared my windshield all up when he attempted to wipe off the writing they put on the outside of the windshield!!!!!!! Couldn't hardly see out of it when the sun hit it!!!! Won't be going back that's for sure!!!!!!
- CCCHARLESNov 8, 20251.0Just a heads up for anyone with a large suv with sidebars, this is one of the only jiffy lubes in the area that can jack your vehicle for tire rotation, yet they still refuse to. I came to this location and they made excuses for everything. first it was that their systems were down and couldn’t process my groupon for a discounted synthetic blend oil change and tire rotation and sent me away, just for me to call them back and tell me they could, so i returned and they were able use it. go figure. then while i’m getting service, they tell me their drill is dead so they can’t crank me up for the rotation, while i’m looking at backup batteries around the shop. after i say “whatever i just need my oil changed”, i’m pulled over to pay the bill and it’s still $84 after my groupon, which is not the price of 1 quart of oil. and just to top it off, i wasn’t shown the oil on my dipstick, they used a jug to fill rather than the pump, and i wasn’t given a tag to know when to get my change next. IN SUMMARY, this has been the worst experience i’ve ever had getting my oil changed and will never come back to a jiffy lube. Update: just called another jiffy lube for a quote after using the groupon and they said it should be another $30, not $84, so i think it’s safe to say the people here aren’t afraid to swindle you if they can. i’ve seen some reviews on here saying they had employees’ carelessness destroy their vehicle so i will be keeping a close eye on my vehicle’s performance and will be suing if i come across any relative major issues.
