  Not a good experience, one of the staff was very rude and just because I denied for an additional service he didnt even consider to check what issue I was facing. He took out the air filter which was full of dust and dry leaves and when I asked him to clean and keep I was given an answer “ this is how it is placed”.

  The staff went above and beyond what I was expecting, especially a big kudos to James who kindly replaced my rear brake light bulbs despite having to remove the entire back panel to access the lights. Then they didn't even charge me!! These guys displayed excellent customer service!! Thank you James!!

  Don’t come to this car services anymore in my life. They are not honest fees, coupons not applied to this location and over charged to customers.. watching out of them. You should asking their final bill before let them working on anything to your vehicle.👎 within 6 months from 6/1/ 2025 and second 1/31/2026. they charged me two times change fluids oil only. each time the bill never under $430… they added additional $32.80 which called “ supplies fee” never mentioned before working on your vehicle…. very bad.👎👎

  I went to Jiffy Lube solely for an oil change and a free tire rotation using a Groupon. What should have been a simple, routine visit turned into a frustrating and unsafe ordeal. From the start, I was pressured into getting a brake flush and refill that I did not originally come in for. While servicing my vehicle, the staff had trouble placing the front driver-side hubcap back on. During this process, they dropped my car while it was mid-lift and slammed it down — all while my boyfriend and I were still inside the vehicle. This alone was alarming and unacceptable. After leaving, only about five minutes down Fowler, my brake warning light came on and my car began braking aggressively on its own. I immediately returned to the location the same day, where they admitted they had “forgotten” to top off my brake fluid and corrected the issue. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The very next day, my tire pressure warning light came on. Upon checking, I discovered that my front driver-side tire was completely flat. I called the store and spoke with Andres, who was extremely rude and dismissive, making me feel as though the issue was somehow my fault. I brought the car back again, only to be told that my tire had been “pinched in a corner” and that it looked like I had hit something — which I know for a fact did not happen. My car had no issues prior to this visit, and I went directly from point A to point B afterward. Despite this, I was told there was nothing they could do, and I would need to purchase a brand-new tire out of pocket, after already spending over $200 the day before. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. A visit for a basic oil change should never result in multiple safety issues, repeated return trips, and the need to replace a tire. The lack of accountability and poor customer service only made this experience worse. I would strongly caution others before trusting this location with their vehicle.
