    Avoid this location at all costs. Ive been a loyal jiffy lube customer for years. This place made me feel not welcome, one employees was extremely rude. Many of the employees just standing around, talking to each other. Not friendly at all. The vibe coming to this place said don’t ever come back. Update: i received a call, and i have to say thank you for the follow up. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me directly about the situation. Thank you.

    ‼️BEWARE: Double-billing and Groupon issues at this location. I came in on 12/23 with a prepaid Groupon. Instead of honoring it, they charged me full price and swiped my card TWICE for a total of $304. I am currently out $224.01 while waiting for a refund they shouldn't have taken in the first place. Jose E. was the cashier. No apology, no accountability whatsoever. I asked him before I ran it a second time and he smugly said yes. I knew I was right and after coming home going through my receipts and using Ai to calculate all the faults. If no response for a resolution on this matter in a timely fashion this situation will be escalated further. I highly recommend going elsewhere unless you want to spend hours fighting for your money back. Happy Holidays 🤏🏾Invoice #165708.

    I sent my son to Jiffy Lube on Fowler Ave in Tampa for a routine oil change and left with a $523 bill after being told a battery “needed” to be replaced. The car was running and starting normally with no warning signs. I’ve been driving for over three decades and have never replaced a battery on a car that was operating normally. A test showing 77% state of health does not mean a battery has failed, yet it was presented in a way that made replacement seem necessary — especially troubling since the customer was a college student. This experience felt like pressure-based upselling, not customer-focused service. A recommendation should be clearly explained as optional, not framed as urgent or required. Based on my experience and similar reviews I’ve since read, I would not return and would not recommend this location.
