- KSkim schlatweilerFeb 18, 20261.0Well they used to be my service center for my into a lock and I used to love them. I moved to St. Pete so I changed service centers. I recently started working near them and was happy they would be close. The woman is incredible and very sweet. However today I left work early as it was my last day to have it calibrated. I arrived and it was locked, when I called some man said I had to call and make an appointment. I informed him that I had never had to before and he sarcastically replied “its always been this way” well when I was coming a few months back I never had to make an appointment. So needless to say they will never have to worry about me showing up again. Because there are too many service centers available to put up with some miserable dudes attitude. Work on your customer service, it stinks!
