- FGFrank Gallagher5 days ago1.0Waste of time. Very unprofessional. Had called multiple days prior to see if my vehicle could be estimated. Got approval over the phone for getting an estimate, left my job to come get it done and was told by the GM that they just can't do it with little to no understanding of the situation. The GM was very condescending in his tone towards a new customer. Seemed like they didn't want to make an extra step so its easier to waste my time and send me away. Do not recommend doing business with this shop and i will be spreading word to everyone in my industry as well.

Jose walked us around the car and pointed out piece by piece what would and would not be fixed. very transparent and honest. we got texts, he said they would come twice a week but they came everyday the first week. just updating me on the status, which I loved! then they figured out that they didn't need to replace a whole trunk, they could fix it and they saved a bunch of money. and the car was done 4 days ahead of time, which is a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend going to Gerber. very honest, communicative, transparent, and quick high quality repairs.
