He effectively managed the communication with my insurance company and provided consistent updates throughout the entire process, even changed the TPS sensor on the new tire for me. While returning to have the tire installed I decided to change the other 3 TPS sensors on my Cadillac Escalade, apparently I got a defective one that wasn't reading properly. I called & spoke to Courtney & she said no problem bring it in & well check it out. Ended up being a faulty TPS sensor (that I provided) they swapped it out for a great price & no more light on the dash! 🙏🏼 Great customer service & great prices. Highly recommend 👍🏼 Thanks Again!
