They have trucks with lifts (which many just have ramps), they offered 200 free miles (others don't), their per mile charge was less than $0.25 a miles (actually it was $0.19 per mile) where everyone else charges over $1 per mile with no free miles. The location is clean, the staff is quick, friendly and very accommodating Picking up the truck: Went inside gave them my ID and credit card. Less than a minute later Justin was handing me the keys to the truck. We did a quick walk around of the truck, clicked a few boxes on a tablet, received a copy of the agreement in my email even before I left the parking lot. Quick, no fuss, friendly experience. Returning the truck: Parked the truck in the row of other trucks, walked over handed Justin the keys, he and I did a quick walk around of the truck, shook hands and I was off on my way. All that took maybe 5 minutes tops. Again a quick, no fuss, friendly experience.
