  Miguel helped me and was quick and fast. Even though they were about to close he made sure any questions and Concerns that I had about my rental was answered and ensured me I could call at anytime if I had any more questions. I was in a rush and he made sure I was in and out in 15 min which was surprising because any other rental car place I have been to with reservations takes forever. Definitely talk to Miguel if you need any help at this location!!!

  I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Enterprise on 8700 at Brandon Collision. Despite having a confirmed reservation with a locked-in rate, the heavyset sales associate with dreadlocks outright refused to honor the agreed price. Instead of doing what any reputable company would do—accommodating and respecting the customer's reservation—he insisted that I pay for an upgrade I never requested. When I expressed my concern and mentioned that I would be contacting corporate for clarification on their policy, their response was not only dismissive but downright rude. They stated that, because I raised the issue, they would no longer wanted to rent to us. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I was treated with total disregard and made to feel like my concerns were insignificant. Rather than resolving the issue, the employee chose to escalate the situation and threaten to deny me service. I’ve always had positive experiences with Enterprise in the past, but this particular location has lost a nationwide loyal customer. I will definitely be taking this matter up with corporate, and I highly recommend others stay away from this location if they want to avoid unnecessary stress and disrespect. What should have been a simple rental experience turned into an absolute headache. I will never rent from this location again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to reconsider renting here.

  This Location is The Worst , The wait Line is over 1 hour and the customer service is 0/10. Don’t come here,Also the car they give me smell cigarette.

  Huge shout out to Brendan for helping me out today! There were some errors with my reservation (even though I called this location and confirmed my reservation date and time yesterday) but Brendan was able to sort me out. He solved my issues quickly and had a very positive attitude during our entire interaction! Thank you for the excellent customer service, I'll use this location for any future rental needs!

  Life has thrown me a few curveballs lately, but when I needed to get from Tampa to Georgia with no Plan B, Enterprise came through! Their one-way daily rate, vehicle availability, and excellent over the phone and in-person customer service were outstanding. The free pick-up service was a huge plus, and the midsize sedan was clean, comfortable, and easy on the pocket—especially with all the uncertainties in the news lately. A huge thank-you to Magyla R. and Brendan H. for making my day! The entire rental experience was smooth and completely hassle-free.
